I have had nothing but stellar service from this company - I will only use them in the future. A neighbor recommended them. They came in, found out what the other company missed with water damage and got to work - they found quite a bit the other company did not even look for - if it wasn't for them I would have so much damage that was ignored. My insurance was of course being difficult - Javier took over and made sure they covered what was needed. They are a good company to have on your side going through water issues - I cannot speak highly enough of this company.

These guys were amazing to work with! We had a very tight timeline with tenants moving into the property at the end of the month and they were incredibly flexible and easy to work with. Alex Guerra and his crew did an excellent job mitigating water damage from a bad wax seal in an upstairs toilet. They initially layed down protective plastic runners to protect the carpeting, And they isolated the bathroom with plastic sheeting to keep any contaminated our of the other areas until the affected areas were dried out. Would highly recommend Alex and UWRG.

We had a wonderful experience with Jake from United Water Restoration. We didn’t know the extent of damage when we called them, and Jake was able to come take a look within a day. He walked us through our options and didn’t try and upsell. Our water damage ended up not being bad enough that they recommended us getting work done, but we will definitely keep them in mind for future work and refer friends and family to them. Thank you Javier!!!! Called United Water Restoration on Sunday and received a call back the same day. Javier came to my home the next day for an assessment of what appeared to be some water damage. I appreciate the promptness and the punctuality but above that the honesty. As a homeowner I’m likely to take any measure to care for my home - this expert shared that my home does NOT have any water damage and no dirty her action is needed.
